Crystal Healing and Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of healing that applies to everyone. It is a healing technique that works in conjunction with other traditional therapeutic techniques to promote recovery, aide in stress reduction, and relaxation. The word Reiki is composed of two Japanese words – Rei and Ki. Rei is a subtle wisdom that permeates everything, both animate and inanimate. Ki (Chi in Chinese) is the non-physical energy that animates all living things. When a person’s Ki is high, they will feel strong, confident, ready to enjoy life and take on its challenges. When it is low, they will feel weak and are more likely to get sick. We receive Ki from the air we breathe, from food, sunshine, and from sleep. It is also possible to increase our Ki by using breathing exercises and meditation.

Crystal Healing is an ancient art that reaches back thousands of years.  Crystals work with the human energy field and can move, absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, and diffuse energy within the body. Crystal healing is a non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. That is, it treats the whole person and their integrated energy system. It is therapeutic and deeply relaxing. The technique uses precisely placed crystals either on and/or around the physical body. Crystals may also be laid in precise geometric patterns (grids) within the environment. In the context of crystal healing–illness is a disease, the final manifestation of spiritual, environmental, physiological, psychological, emotional, mental, imbalance, or distress. Healing means bringing mind, body, spirit, and environment back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium.
